Entry Requirements

Academic Qualification: STPM
Minimum Entry Requirement: 2 Principal Passes including Math and Physical Science subject (Physics/Chemistry)

Academic Qualification: GCE A Level
Minimum Entry Requirement: 2 Principal Passes including Mathematics and Physical Science subject (Physics/Chemistry)

Academic Qualification: UEC
Minimum Entry Requirement: 5 Credits (Min B6) including  Mathematics and one Science subject

Academic Qualification: Matriculation / Foundation
Minimum Entry Requirement: Pass with CGPA ≥ 2.00 including Mathematics and Science subject 

Academic Qualification: Australian Matriculation/ Foundation
Minimum Entry Requirement: ATAR score of 70

Academic Qualification: International Baccalaureate (IB)
Minimum Entry Requirement: 27/42 points from 6 subjects

Course Overview

Electrical is the branch of engineering science that studies the uses of electricity and the equipment for power generation and distribution as well as the control of machines. Meanwhile, Electronics is the branch of engineering science that uses scientific knowledge of the behaviour and effects of electrons to create components (capacitors, diodes, resistors and transistors), devices, systems or equipment that use electricity as part of their source of power.
