Course Overview

SHTCA introduced the Work-based Learning (WBL) Diploma in Hotel Management programme with a comprehensive industrial training practicum in 2012, where the students apply what they learn in the classroom for 6-10 months in a paid internship programme. A partnership with Hotel Equatorial Penang (five-star rated hotel) ensures students learn on the job in their industrial training programme.
