Minimum Entry Requirement:  Pass Level 3 in hospitality and culinary skills, and Pass in SPM with a minimum of 1 Credit in any subject

Course Overview

This programme offers you a choice of management and practical aspects of the hospitality industry. Our training mirrors our Swiss counterpart's methods and curriculum which is a combination of the traditional Swiss hotelier with modern management techniques.

For practical experience, you will intern for one semester as industrial training in renowned hotels or resorts in Malaysia and abroad. The programme focuses on courses required for the industry by nurturing professionalism and characteristics that are essential for success in the industry
