What is the first thing you do after a big exam?
I loosen up by spending time with friends, thinking about the next step in my life. It’s scary to be unsure of which road to take next.

What was your most memorable moment in college?
Haha! This brings back fond memories. Once, me and my friends had to submit something urgent the following day and decided to camp out in the labs overnight. The whole thing became less of chore having my friends to joke around with.

Name three things someone can always find in your bag/backpack?
That’s a funny question, heh. Hmm… Let’s see, I always bring a laptop to college so I can work on my assignments. Ah yes! And mints, so I can stay awake and focus on some of the morning classes. Also, a pendrive is the one thing that I must – and will always have – in my bag. It has saved my life countless times.

Why did you choose this college?
The reason I chose this college is because I have seen a lot of talented artists who have emerged from it. The college also provides proper facilities that we, as art students, need.

Where is your favourite hangout on campus, and why?
My favourite hangout on campus would be the principal’s office. Haha! Just kidding. Well, I usually hang out in the library or the student lounge.

If you could change one thing about your college, what would it be, and why?
Its location, maybe? I think an actual campus would be more appropriate for one of the best art colleges in Malaysia.

Who influenced you to choose this course?
I would say my friends or family recommended me to come here, I can’t say whom it was exactly as it was quite a while ago.

Hardest subject to endure?
The hardest module would be Teamwork Practices. It requires us to collaborate with other students to come out with a creative installation. Communication between teammates and the responsibility of the different roles that all of us took on were very important to achieve a good result.

Would you do it again?
Yes, I would definitely choose this course again. All the modules have helped me to become a better team player, as well as gain leadership skills.
