What is it?

Nutritional science combine practical skills and research on food and health with educational information on food intake and food choices. It interprets the science of nutrition into applicable use, ie to prevent and treat disease and maintain health. 

What will you study?

You will learn about the nutrients in food and how they are used by the body, and the relationship between food, health and diseases. This course often leads to a career as a nutritionist or dietician.
